Prosperity wealth appointed EG to complete the £1.6m contract to deliver mechanical and electrical (M&E) services inclusive of design on Moseley Gardens new build contemporary development.
Moseley Gardens lies in the Digbeth area of Birmingham, a lively, creative hub on the east side of the city centre. Considered Birmingham’s Shoreditch by many, this creative quarter is an up-and-coming part of the city. It is now a natural home to the city’s burgeoning young, creative and digital community who represent an important part of Birmingham’s economic future.
Delivering style and contemporary elegance to every development. All homes will feature an open plan living area, stylish custom fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and a contemporary white bathroom suite.
Each apartment has been intelligently planned to create the best accommodation flow possible in which to socialise and relax and an individual specification selected to maximise the appearance and long-term enjoyment of each newly created home.
Working in close collaboration with Prosperity Wealth and K4 architects, EG was responsible for the design, supply and installation of the full specification range of mechanical and electrical services, including sprinklers, AOV, extraction, ventilation, security, small power and lighting and life safety fire systems.
